On Saturday, September 14th, Caring Partners staff, along with some of their family members, participated in the Out of the Darkness Community Walk in Chatham. These walks, held in hundreds of cities nationwide, are a vital part of the movement to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. Since 2004, the Out of the Darkness Walks have provided a supportive space for individuals to share their stories, honor the memory of those we’ve lost, and stand together in solidarity. Now more than ever, it’s essential that we come together as a community to prioritize mental health and work towards preventing suicide.
